Can I order a product that is temporarily out of stock?

If you order via the webshop, you can order a product that is out of stock, but only if the delivery date is known. We will ship your order once all products you have ordered are in stock. If you wish to be sent the products that are already in stock, you should place a separate order.

If the delivery date is not known, you can ask to be informed by e-mail when the product is back in stock. To do this, click on the e-mail icon next to the product on the product page and enter your e-mail address.
You can manage these e-mail notifications yourself via "My alerts".
