Why do you charge an administration fee?

If the total of your shopping basket, including VAT and excluding transport costs, is less than €20, we will charge a small administration fee of €5,- (including VAT). You can avoid this surcharge by adding more products to your shopping basket and spending more than €20 (incl. VAT).

For non-business customers with a delivery address in Belgium or the Netherlands, this does not apply.
