You can cancel your order by contacting our Customer Support team. If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse employees, we can take the necessary action immediately.
If your parcel is already on its way, you can refuse it on delivery or return it using our return request form.
Note: You may only cancel an order if it relates to items from our standard range. If we place a special order with a supplier in consultation with you, this order can no longer be cancelled.
