There are a number of possible reasons why your order has not yet been shipped:
- You have paid by transfer. Depending on your bank, it may take several days for us to receive and process your payment.
- One or more of the products you ordered are out of stock. You can find the expected shipping date under “My order history” in your account.
- You sent us a message during the ordering process. This can delay the processing of your order.
- It's very busy and we're struggling with delays. We always post a message on our homepage when this happens.
